Building starts at Culbokie Community Hub
04 July 2024
Culbokie Community Trust are delighted to announce that work has started on toilets and a potting shed at Culbokie Green - the first phase of what will be Culbokie Green Community Hub, and to be followed in due course by business and treatment rooms and a community café.
From their email newsflash -
It's finally happening! We're thrilled to announce that construction on the first phase of the Culbokie Green Community Hub development is about to begin. This will involve the building of two essential facilities combined in one building: toilets and a brand new "potting shed."
. . . .
The new toilets are designed with everyone in mind. There will be four gender-neutral cubicles, one of which is wheelchair accessible, along with a dedicated baby changing area.
. . . .
The Green Team will be delighted to ditch their current shipping container and upgrade to the potting shed. This new space will have racking for tool storage, electricity for tool charging, a sink, and even a tea point!
