Black Isle Bicycles

Black Isle Bicycles is a company owned by Transition Black Isle which received start-up funding from the Coastal Communities Fund in March 2014.  Black Isle Bicycles offers bike hire through partners on the Black Isle including Black Isle Yurts at Hillockhead, run by Kenny and Jenny Adam.  We have hybrid bikes which will take you on or off road in comfort and also have some electric assist bikes.

The original funding to Black Isle Bicycles allowed the preparation of The Black Isle Active Travel Map now in its fourth Edition, and the creation of the Beauly Firth Cycle Loop.
