New BI Community Councils formed

Following the recently closed  nomination process for community council elections (if required) in November, of the nine Black Isle community councils, including Muir of Ord and Conon Bridge, seven have been re-constituted without the need for elections, while Muir of Ord CC and Resolis CC unfortunately did not receive the necessary minimum number of nominations and therefore cannot be formed.  (A supplementary process starting in January 2024 may enable them to be re-established).
