Transition Together, the UK Transition network, is recruiting for a 1 year home based post of Just Transition Lead.  The job is for three days a week at a salary of £23,677.

We are excited to announce a new job with our team, helping us and Transition groups to explore and build a just transition from the ground up.

 We’re recruiting a Just Transition Lead to make justice core to our project – recognising we can’t adequately tackle the environmental and climate crises without also addressing the inequality, exclusion and injustice in our society and our world. We want to grow our understanding, confidence and capacity to have an impact in this area.

'Just Transition' is an idea that's been around for some time, and the term is used in different ways. Our focus is what it could look like at community level, and how we can help unlock the power and potential of local groups to contribute to a more equitable, more inclusive, more resilient future.
