New Highland Council Seasonal Access Ranger Team start patrols

Diane Agnew (Black Isle Ward Manager) and Bruce Morrison (Secretary, Ferintosh Community Council), have forwarded a press release from Highland Council about the deployment of their recently recruited Seasonal Access Rangers, whose remit is to promote and advise on responsible access to the countryside through the Scottish Outdoor Access Code.
