Start of Fairtrade fortnight to Sunday 8 March
24 February 2020
What is Fairtrade Fortnight?
For two weeks each year thousands of individuals, companies and groups across the UK come together to share the stories of the people who grow our food and drinks and who grow the cotton in our clothes, people who are often exploited and underpaid.
What happened for Fairtrade Fortnight 2019?
The Fairtrade website is packed with interesting information about Fairtrade activities, in particular their work with cocoa farmers in West Africa, and you can download a PDF guide to planning activities during Fairtrade fortnight.
