Ground Elder

Apparently the Romans introduced this plant to eat!
Thought I might this out on my attempts to control the stuff. Apparently you need to stick to the young very new shoots preferably before they've opened up.
I tried frying it in butter with and then made it into an omelette and it was actually pretty good.
This Pernicious Pasta looks worth a try too!
