I stumbled on this a couple of days ago. It's an open access ( = you don't have to pay) technical journal site:

A fair proportion of content is more technical / scientific / engineering than most people would like but I'm sure there are some here that will find it a useful resource.

I found it via "Energies":

"Energies (ISSN 1996-1073; CODEN: ENERGA), an Open Access journal of related scientific research, technology development, engineering, and the studies in policy and management, is published by Molecular Diversity Preservation International (MDPI) online monthly."

There's one on sustainability, too:

I've not had time to do a decent peruse, perhaps someone out there with an interest and a couple of spare hours would do so and report back what you think and any article links that are particularly relevent to us and good?
