18 May 2010, Starts: 19:30, Ends: 21:00

Marie Faulke will be demonstrating delicious Asian dishes using as many local ingredients as possible at North Kessock Hall.

The meal will be Saag Murgh (chicken with spinach); potatoes with chives and green chillies; spiced pullao rice.

Marie will demonstrate cooking a meal for 4 people then everyone will be provided with a hearty meal.

All for £5.

We will provide local apple juice, and teas and coffees to purchase, but you are also welcome to bring a bottle if you prefer something stronger.

30 people turned up for this and all seemed to enjoy themselves. An article went into the North Star, so it should have raised some awareness.
