In this session, we will discuss practical tips and strategies for planning meals and batch cooking to minimise waste. Bring along a favourite family recipe and tips on what your grandparents or other older relatives taught you. Also please bring one item, examples would be a favourite spice, fresh or dried ingredient. Alternatively something that has been lurking in the cupboard that you are not sure what to do with. Also spread the load, get everyone in the family to help out, or if you live alone get together with a friend.
