About this event

What is Eco-anxiety and why does it arise? Have you or anyone you know felt it lately?  Climate Psychology Alliance Scotland (CPA) will deliver a workshop on eco-anxiety and managing emotions.  Through shared experience, SCCAN and CPA hope to help you understand better why healthy emotion regulation is important and offer some tips around that.  This workshop is designed to provide useful tools for people to understand what they and others are experiencing.
