We have Discovery - beautiful pink-fleshed eaters which unfortunately do not keep very well, and Bramley - the classic cooking apple.

We are at Newton Kinkell, behind Rootfield Farm (home of the Black Isle Dairy).

We are part of the rapidly expanding worldwide Transition Towns movement. The Black Isle is a peninsula of about 100 sq miles ENE of Inverness in Scotland, UK.
