Just to bring to your attention that we need recipes for our lovely new recipe section on the website.. Forum users can vote for their favourites as well, as of course, posting up their own ideas for dishes using local, seasonal produce.
There's loads of great food ripening as I write - check out the recipes forum or http://www.transitionblackisle.org/recipes.asp to see what you can make and how to add your own.

PS anyone want any cooking apples? And have a good apple recipe that's not apple crumble or pie?
