I'm aiming for the potato day happening on 5th March but this critical path should just about work for 26th February, too, given a little shortening in the dates after 5th Feb.

31/1/11
Initial estimate of potato demand.
Provisional fixing of venue and date

5/2/11
Finalise potato demand, begin sourcing / ordering
Fix date, book venue
Serious planning of spin-offs, any stalls, talks etc

12/2/11
All potatoes ordered / sourced
Initial publicity
Firm up spin-offs, any stalls, talks etc
Begin detailed logistics planning (staff, materials)
Start procuring materials etc for displaying, selling

22/2/11
All details finalised
Main publicity blitz

3/3/11
Commence delivery process, final organisation of materials
Confirm all resources

5/3/11
