Join the Zero Waste Food Challenge: Workshop 4 - PREPARING!
- organisation:
- Transition Black Isle
06 June 2024, Starts: 19:00, Ends: 21:00
Join us on Thu June 06 2024 at 18:00 PM at Fortrose Free Church for a hands-on workshop learning how to ferment and pickle to make your food last longer (and is also great for your health) You'll also make some Sauerkraut to take home with you. A lot of food waste comes down to what we prepare. Join the challenge for tips on how to minimise food waste in your daily life in the preparation stage of the food waste journey. Let's work together to make a positive impact on the environment and our health. See you there!
Workshop facilitated by Fuggo King from the Highland Good Food Partnership
