Dear member,

We are writing to formally invite you to CCT’s AGM which takes place on Monday 30th November 2020 at 7pm remotely by ZOOM. All the papers for the meeting are available on the CCT website including the agenda, minute of the last AGM, Annual Report (unfortunately due to COVID19 the extract Accounts are not yet available), voting proxy form. A full set of accounts will be produced shortly and copies will be made available to CCT members, but unfortunately this will not be ready in time for the AGM.

We are very keen to recruit new Board members so please consider putting yourself forward.  We can utilise a wide variety of skills and people who can link us to different parts of the community.  A brief description of the role of a Board member and a nomination form is available by contacting the membership secretary on 01349 877068 or by e-mail to: info@culbokiect.org Each nominee must be proposed by two other members and we can help to arrange this. The closing date for nominations is Monday 23rd November 2020.

Immediately after the AGM there will be a talk - ‘Cheese, Chairs and the Challenges of Change’ by Jon Palmer, renowned local cheesemonger and chair of the Black Isle Partnership.  Jon offers some interesting insights into our response to the Covid-19 pandemic and what it (potentially) holds for the future.

Both meetings are open to members and non-members.  If you would like to attend remotely then please send an e-mail to: event@culbokiect.org and we will send you the joining instructions. We hope many of you are able to join us to review a difficult year and look forward to the future.
