CAT’s Zero Carbon Britain team invites you to join us for a weekend of learning, discussions and networking focusing on the key question: what next for your community climate action?On Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th March, we will be welcoming people from communities across the UK to our new two-day, in-person course, Zero Carbon Britain – Scaling-up Community Action in the Climate and Ecological Emergency.
Build skills, knowledge and networks
The course draws on the team’s extensive experience working with communities and local authorities, helping to build skills, knowledge and networks to support the zero carbon transition.
Alongside CAT’s Zero Carbon Britain team, we will be joined by inspiring guest speakers, including: Rob Hopkins, author and co-founder of the Transition Network; neighbourhood transitions specialist, Magda Petford of Birmingham’s Civic Square; and renewable energy solicitor and community energy director Sonya Bedford.
