Due to the closure of North Kessock Village Hall for refurbishment we have had to relocate February's venue (and change date) to Muir of Ord Village Hall on the 1st of February.
Join us for the next pop-up BLACK ISLE REPAIR CAFE at Muir of Ord Village Hall! Come along and repair those broken household items and enjoy a cuppa and cake with your community.
What can you REPAIR instead of having to buy new? A dodgy lamp or flex? A knife that doesn't cut so well anymore? A hem that has started to fray? A hole in your favourite jumper - even a computer that is behaving oddly!TRY US!! "A stitch in time saves nine" - we will do our best to help you and also show you how we do it so you grow in confidence yourself!
ALL WELCOME!! (Even if you don't have a repair) coffees, teas and CAKE! Come along and see what a Repair Café is all about.
All repairs & refreshments are by donation - pay what you can.Our volunteers offer the following repairs but if you aren't sure, bring it along anyway & one of the skilled volunteers will take a look for you.
- Sewing repairs - General repairs - Basic electrical repairs & PAT testing - Computer clinic - Tool sharpening Saturday 11th January Findon Hall Culbokie.
