In order to post an offer of produce on the exchange, you must be a registered user of the forum.  If you are not already registered, click on 'Register' at the top of the main forum page and follow the prompts.  You will be notified once your registration has been authorised, and you will then be able to post in the Produce Exchange or any other open forum after logging on with your username and password.

You should post each item of produce as a new thread within the Produce Exchange Forum, giving a brief description of your offer as the thread subject.  In the body of the post describe it in more detail, indicate your approximate location and give contact details - any or all of email address, telephone number and postal address. Your offer will be posted on the Food & Growing / Produce Exchange page, and anyone seeing this and wanting to take your produce should contact you directly.

When all of an item of produce has been taken, you should post a reply to your offer thread consisting of the single word 'taken'.  The next time your detail page is accessed it will show your produce as taken, and subsequently the status of your produce item on the listings page will show 'taken', which should stop any further enquiries.

If you have any questions, please post them as a reply below.  (You can only do this if you are registered and logged on).
