Just now my favourite drink to start the day is as follows
I head of elderflowers
1 slice of unwaxed lemon
Add boiling water
Sip mm mm

We liked your recipe, Maggie - it's nice without lemon too. Last year we dried some elderflower heads, and then used them later in the year. That worked well, so we'll try to dry a bit more this year.
