Is anyone interested in promoting Meat-Free Mondays? A simple and painless way to help the planet and reduce suffering around the world. See http://www.meatfreemondays.com/

I understand that Brighton Council has adopted this for its own catering departments and it has led to a strike by refuse collectors. Obviously we don't want to spark anything like that, but perhaps people locally might like to sign up and see how they get on?

I will be trying to set up a pop up cafe diverting food from waste streams in inverness, do you think there is a kitchen in the TBI area that would welcome a group once a week?
