Thanks Agric for getting me back in but I am not sure how user friendly this is going to prove - it was good to be able to email the google group for example rather than have to go online to post, and I still seem to be getting unsettling error messages although they don't seem to represent any obvious error. Foer example I just changed my password and got one then, but it seemed to work anyway. I appreciate the greater sophistication of the new system but hope that it won't put people off using it. Regular Posts: 63 I think we have already invited members to participate several time although it might be good to have something on the home page of the web site. I can't see it there at the moment. You were concerned about how to diseminate useful information that come in to individuals who want to circulate it. The news/events/ announcements section of the forum would be ideal for this. When people view what has recently come in they will see any new announcements. The other trick I use is to set the forum as the default screen that my browser opens iniatially. I can then easily see what new has come in each day.
