| Some of my rocket is a bit strong in flavour for salads but is good cooked
per bowl
Handful of rocket
I small cougette
Medium potatoe
a leek or small onion
Simmer together with water.
Season to taste , liquidise, serve.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs to taste eg chervil, coriander , chives or parsley | |
