| Solid wall insulation is said to save about 40% of fuel. For properties which use things like oil people are regularly reporting spending around £3000 a year.
The ECO is supposed to cover measures but is being scaled back as the UK government has reduced targets.

Below is a link to a comparatively cheap product we've used and I would recommend. It's a bit fiddly as DIY, particularly if you have a perfectionist streak and want to go behind the skirting board.
