| Take a pack of puff pastry, roll out to 3/4" thickness and lie flat on a baking sheet. Fill it with whatever veggies you have to hand (fried courgettes, chopped toms, add some herbs, sliced onions and garlic and top with some grated cheese) leaving a 1 cm border, brush with beaten egg or milk.
Bake for 20 mins at Gas mark 6 or until the pastry is golden and risen. Very quick and easy for dinnertime! |
