Foraging

This section will be to explore the Black Isle's wild resources from recipes with seasonally available plants to craft projects with animal skins and much more in between. We are lucky to have a range of habitats from mushroom rich birch woods to tidal estuaries with the fertile farmland providing for geese and roe deer as well as crops.
