Enclosed is your formal invitation to our AGM which takes place on Monday 24th February at 7pm in Culbokie Church Centre.  The AGM will be followed by the latest updates on the Culbokie Green and Community Hub developments.  I’ve enclosed the documents for the meeting: the agenda, minute of the previous AGM, Annual Report and Accounts to June 2024 and voting proxy form.  These documents, together with a description of the role of a Board member and a nomination form, are also available through the News section of our website: https://www.culbokiect.org 

If you are unable to attend please do send a Proxy nomination form to designate a proxy to someone who will be attending either in person or remotely.  Completed proxy nomination forms should be sent to info@culbokiect.org .
