Rhubarb and Orange jam

RHUBARB and ORANGE JAM. Recipe from Sue Smith who has a growing plot at Netherton
2lb rhubarb washed and cut into 1inch pieces
2large oranges rind and juice
2lb sugar
Layer the rhubarb, orange, and sugar in a large bowl overnight.
Empty the rhubarb mixture into a large pan and simmer until soft (about 10 minutes).
Bring to a boil and boil rapidly for15 minutes.
Pot and cover.
