| Equal quantities of carrot, celeriac , apple and mouli ( winter radish--planted august as advised in the great Grow N guide )
Grate the carrot, celeriac and mouli.
Chop the apple and combine.
I used Red falstaff apple which doesnt brown even after a day in the fridge !--some apple varieties might need some lemon juice.
I didn`t add any dressing and really enjoyed the natural flavours. | |
