Young Friends of the Earth Scotland Skill Share event Pitlochry
06 April 2018
Abi Melton of Young Friends of the Earth Scotland writes
On the 6th-8th April we are holding a Skill-Share event in the Atholl Centre in Pitlochry, a beautiful location accessible by public transport.
This event will bring together young activists from across Scotland who are campaigning on issues of social or environmental justice (or who want to start campaigning) to share skills, ideas and resources. The weekend will encompass a diverse range of activities and workshops designed and run by young people for young people and will ultimately give young activists space to meet like-minded people, form networks and learn new skills. We are hoping people from a wide range of environmental and social groups will come in order to broaden the movement and share knowledge and skills with a wider network.
It costs only £5 and includes all accommodation and food costs. Travel reimbursement is also possible for those coming from far away.
